My adventure with art began with a self portrait in 1998. I have been drawing and painting self portraits ever since but never had I had the discipline to draw one every single day. On March 21st 2012 (first day of the Iranian New Year) I began a self-imposed dare to draw a self portrait a day for an entire year. Here, divided into seasons, are the 365 drawings which make up HANG ME OUT TO DRY.
